The two-canopy Tornasole umbrella with a side pole is an innovative photovoltaic shading system designed to maintain shade in the same area throughout the day. The shade position is set during installation and can be redefined daily. Afterwards, the system autonomously adjusts, following the sun from morning to evening.

The structural photovoltaic system integrated into the canopies collects the necessary energy for operations such as movement (swinging, tilting, and opening/closing), night lighting, powering small devices like smartphones and tablets, electrostatic insect traps, and beverage coolers. The canopy, made of water-repellent fabric, is offered in an eight-rib circular configuration, capable of shading an area of 2500 x 5000 mm. It also includes an optional cooling system, which can be ordered and delivered separately.

The entire system is managed via a mobile app with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. The photovoltaic system can collect up to 1900 Wh on a sunny day, providing up to 48 hours of continuous lighting and additional services. The umbrella comes with a protective bag for storage in a sheltered environment when not in use.

Currently, the Tornasole umbrella is offered at a launch price of €2050 for B2B supplies. We accept pre-orders for batches of 10 and 100 units and are open to contractual agreements for continuous supplies. The cooler is offered separately at a launch price of €350. We are also considering offering it to end customers at an indicative price of €2200, all-inclusive, including the cooler.
