The Tornasole umbrella features the application of patents related to the constant velocity joint and the solar energy storage system (Photovoltaic Strip). Utilizing these patents, a line of tilting and swiveling umbrellas has been developed, capable of following the sun and keeping the shade in the same position, preventing the shaded area from being exposed during the day and causing inconvenience to those relying on the shaded zone to relax. These umbrellas are characterized by the photovoltaic strips placed on the ribs of the canopy and the constant velocity joint housed in the support pole, which facilitates tilting. The canopy is available in multiple sizes and with various numbers of housings for each pole.

Additionally, each structure can accommodate a beverage dispenser optimized to keep drinks and various foods at pleasant temperatures, as well as serving as a protected container for various items. Umbrellas in this series also feature adjustable night lighting and a charging system for electronic devices, both induction and cable-connected. Furthermore, all functions of the umbrella can be managed remotely via RF connection.
